fix: 收敛 MaDao 直连模式设置项

Browse Source 
隐藏 MaDao 直连平台、直连国家、自动选国家和复用开关等 adapter 内部参数。

保留直连模式选择与价格范围配置，避免 UI 暴露底层调度细节。
