- Remove dead chatgpt.js (unused — all auth flows go through signup-page.js)
- Remove chatgpt.com from manifest content_scripts
- Fix resetState() to preserve vpsUrl and mailProvider on manual reset

- Fix misleading "All runs finished" log when loop breaks early
