- 移除配置修改相关内容
- 添加性价比最高的 ChatGPT 镜像站链接
- 更新 index.html 中的标题、描述和导航链接
- 调整 footer 样式，优化版权信息显示
- 添加自定义滚动条样式
- 调整部分 CSS 样式，如输入框样式和 padding 等
