- 吸收 PR #245 的核心改动：手机号注册账号在 Step 8 重试、add-email 和后续 OAuth 登录恢复时保留手机号主身份。
- 本地补充修复：在 oauth-login stepKey 分支提前同步 Step 7 completion payload，避免真实运行路径提前 return 后跳过身份保存。
