- 合并 PR #185 的核心改动：新增“授权总超时”开关，允许按需关闭 Step 7 后链 5 分钟总预算，同时保留各步骤本地等待超时。
- 本地补充修复：同步项目完整链路与结构文档，补齐 `oauthFlowTimeoutEnabled` 持久化、Step 9 回调等待与侧栏设置行为说明。
